Problems and Solutions: Training Disaster Organizations of the Use of PV
Experience has shown that photovoltaic systems can be used effectively to support electrical power during emergencies. This paper describes what is being done to deploy PV following disasters, types of training needed, target audiences, available training material and types of workshops being conducted.
