Guidelines for Pilot PACE Financing Programs

This document provides best practice guidelines to help implement the Policy Framework for PACE Financing Programs announced on October 18, 2009. Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing programs allow state and local governments, where permitted by state law, to extend the use of land-secured financing districts to fund energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements on private property.
